Möbler Furniture Invoice Policy
Möbler Furniture offers a 14-day return policy on regular priced merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture purchase and wish to exchange or receive a store credit, we will gladly do that within 14 days of delivery. Delivery or pick up by Mobler Furniture has a service charge. All deliveries must be paid in full 3 days prior to delivery, we do not do COD deliveries.
Our manufacturers offer a one-year limited warranty on all regular merchandise, from the date of delivery. If anything is wrong with your new furniture due to a manufacturer's defect, all labour and material costs to rectify the defect will be covered by the Manufacturer.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of any sleep products.
We regret that we cannot accept returns and cancellations of items purchased with a discount, AS IS, clearance items, merchandise damaged after leaving the store, or special orders. Merchandise without the original packaging and merchandise that has been assembled by the customer or by us for the customer can only be returned at the discretion of management, and if so, there will be a 25% restocking charge.
Merchandise held longer that 60 days must be paid in full, and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if cancelled. Merchandise held longer than
60 days and not paid in full may be cancelled by Mobler less a 20% restocking charge .
